6th
Religion- Took quiz today!  Please sign the quiz and send back tomorrow. We worked on our pray picture chart today in class. Journals will be collected tomorrow.
English- Handed back all past papers, students should put them in their notebooks.  Have fun at camp!
7th
Religion- We worked on our prayer chart and students need to finish it tonight.  We will be taking a quiz on Thursday, so tomorrow we will work on a study guide.  Students should read their notes each night.  After Thursday we will start working on Chapter 4 and all school mass.
English- We did a word square after we went online to check the various items to help the students study.  There are games and other items on the Sadlier website.  On Wednesday we will take a quiz on Unit 1 in vocabulary and the students have a study guide.  We will start unit 2 on Thursday. This week we will start going over science fair research and how to write a paper.  We will begin with note taking for the paper.
8th
Religion- We started our prayer picture chart.  We will take a quiz on Thursday maybe Friday depending on how much we can get done in terms of our study guide.  We will begin Chapter 4 but also work on our religion research.  I would like a rough draft next week.
English- We worked on vocabulary today.  They need to finish their crossword puzzles with a key.  We will take a quiz on Wednesday and the students have their study guides. We will continue with Unit 2.  We will also start research for science fair.  I will go over note taking with them this week.

HAIL HOLY QUEEN IS DUE 10/29/12.  8TH GRADE HAS FAMILY MASS ON SUNDAY AT 11:00.
