6th
Religion- Students will take a quiz on Chapter 2 tomorrow using their notes.  This week we will continue with Chapter 3.  New prayer is Hail Holy Queen
English- Today we worked on pgs. 21 - the top of 25 in the vocabulary book.  We will continue to work on subject and verb and some test taking skills for the ITBS testing which is next week.
7th
Religion- Today we went over the sidebars and notes of Chapter 2.  Tomorrow is a quiz with open notes.  We will continue on to Chapter 3.  Hail, Holy Queen is the prayer this month.
English- We are working on an essay which is due on Friday.  It should be typed and three to five paragraphs long. We will continue with phrases and some test taking skills.
8th
Religion- Tomorrow is a quiz on Chapter 2 with open notes.  Today we went over what is on the test. The rest of the week we will work on research of the early church.  Hail, Holy Queen is the prayer this month.
English- We are working on an essay this week.  It is due this Friday.   It should be typed and three to five paragraphs in length.  We will continue with phrases and vocabulary and test taking skills.
Thursday many of the 8th graders will be visiting Cathedral High School.  Students need to check in at school and be in proper uniform before they leave.
